Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging and inserts.
• Please contact us before sending any return, quoting your order number.

2. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
• The refund will include the full item price and the original delivery cost (if any).
• If your order qualified for free delivery, no delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount.

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect — or if the product itself has any problem — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• We will arrange a full refund or replacement, including all postage costs.
